]]> การวิเคราะห์สารด้วยเครื่อง HPLC มีความสำคัญและแพร่หลายมากขึ้น มีการพัฒนาอุปกรณ์ต่างๆให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของตลาดให้สามารถตรวจวัดได้แม่นยำและรวดเร็วมากขึ้น เช่น HPLC คอลัมภ์ที่มี packing หรือคอลัมภ์เล็กลงแต่มีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มมากขึ้น  เมอร์คจึงขอนำเสนอ เครื่อง HPLC โดยมีถ้วยรับตัวอย่างของเครื่อง (sample cup) มีขนาด 2 ml. สามารถรองรับตัวอย่างได้ตั้งแต่ 200 µl. – 1.6 ml. โดยใช้เมมเบรน  Hydrophilic PTFE ซึ่งเหมาะกับสารเคมีทุกประเภทและมีเมมเบรน  PVDF สำหรับใช้กรองสาร ประเภทโปรตีน หรือใช้ร่วมกับ syring filter โดยลดขั้นตอนการกดสารตัวอย่างผ่าน syring filter ด้วยมือเปล่า
